Returns are only accepted for damaged merchandise:
The return must be received by Wolf Studio within 14 days after you receive the merchandise.
After 14 days from the date you receive the merchandise the sale is final and the merchandise can not be returned
The returned item must have its original sales receipt, shoe box and packing materials.
The returned item must be unworn and in new condition.
After receiving the returned item, Wolf Studio will credit you’re your account for the original purchase price minus the original shipping cost. Wolf Studio will not refund you if your order is not received because the shipping address provided during the checkout procedure was inaccurate or incomplete unless that order is classified as undeliverable and returned to Wolf Studio (see the Undeliverable Packages section below for details). Wolf Studio will not re-ship any order that is not received because the shipping address provided during the checkout procedure was inaccurate or incomplete.
To exchange an item, you must return the unwanted item according to the return procedures listed above. Please email our customer service team at (EMAIL) to request an RMA authorization number for your return. For all exchanges a refund will be credited to your account, and you must place a new order for the desired item.
If you wish to return or exchange an item please contact our customer service team at (EMAIL) to request a shipping address for returns and exchanges. We will then email you an RMA authorization number and further instructions on how to proceed.
You are responsible for all return shipping costs. Orders may be returned using any shipping method of your choice, we recommend using a traceable and insured service. Once we receive your returned merchandise we will immediately take care of corrections that need to be made. Please allow 3 - 7 business days for your return to be processed.
